    Position Deputy Manager HR - Talent AcquisitionJob Description1. Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography2. Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment, Exchanges etc3. Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background, Verification, Negotiation Audit responses4. Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline5. Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLA6. Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, Respective Area7. Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of, requirements in their respective verticals8.
