Description:Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.Requirements:To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your application andresume. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline. Minimum of 4 years relevant software and firmware experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant software and firmware experience. Experience in testing of Embedded systems Experience in python programming for developing automated test protocols Minimum 2 years of experience in. testing mobile applicationsNice to have : Programming Proficiency: Experience in designing test automation framework for embedded system (having experience in Python would be an added advantage) Comfortable reading C and Java code with ability to contribute to code reviews, etc. Test System & Tool Design: Experience in developing and validating automated test tools to be used in verification, especially exposure to the following concepts/techniques: Embedded UI test Security Bluetooth Radio telemetry Serial Port Communication Hardware integration & Electrical skills: Experience with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters as well as familiarity with JTAG and UART to diagnose and resolve hardware-embedded software integration issues. Regulatory compliance: Experience verifying Class III medical device embedded software through stages of Software Development Lifecycle compliant to Federal and International regulations (ex:62304, 60601-1) in a highly regulated environment, including developing test strategies andexecuting: Requirement Analysis Unit Testing Integration Testing System Software/Firmware Verification Testing Agile & Devops: Experience planning and executing under Agile-Scrum development methodology as well as implementing and using Devops/continuous integration development environments. Quality/Verification mindset: Technical leader with a passion for verification and product quality.Job Responsibilities: Verify high quality embedded software for Class 3 Medical Devices Implement Software Development Life Cycle activities and prepare deliverables for regulatory submission: Planning, Requirements definition, Architecture and Detailed Design and Coding, Testing (unit and integration), Release and Maintenance Estimate and plan development and verification efforts in compliance with Federal and International regulations (62304, 60601-1) as well as internal Quality System Regulations Develop test designs, test tools, automated test protocols and author reports.
