English Language Trainer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interactive training sessions to improve participants English language proficiency.
• Develop customized lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Train students in grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, business communication, and presentation skills.
• Evaluate learners progress and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Integrate modern teaching methods, digital tools, and real-life examples.
• Prepare learners for specific exams or certifications (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, PTE) if applicable.
• Coordinate with management to ensure training objectives and schedules are met.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as an English Trainer / Language Instructor / Communication Skills Trainer.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit diverse learning styles and age groups.
• Familiarity with online training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Classroom, etc.) is an advantage.
