The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enrollment in our courses by networking with individuals in management positions, making connections, and converting those relationships into leads and enrollments.Key Responsibilities:- Networking: Identify and engage with management-level individuals across various industries to establish and nurture relationships.- Lead Generation: Utilize your network to generate leads and convert them into students for our courses.- Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and partners.- Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective students and corporate clients.- Market Feedback: Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform marketing and product development strategies.- Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets by managing the sales pipeline effectively.- Reporting: Report on sales activities and outcomes to management using CRM tools and other reporting systems.Requirements:- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education or training sector.- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
