Recruiter to join our consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients across various industries.Key Responsibilities:**Recruitment:*1. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.2. Screen resumes, conduct phone/interviews, and shortlist candidates.3. Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs.4. Present candidate profiles and facilitate client-candidate interactions.*Client Management:*1. Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.2. Understand client requirements, provide recruitment solutions, and ensure timely delivery.3. Manage client expectations, provide updates, and resolve concerns.*Candidate Management:*1. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.2. Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide feedback.3. Ensure candidate satisfaction and experience.*Administrative Tasks:*1. Maintain accurate records, databases, and recruitment metrics.2. Manage job postings, advertisements, and recruitment marketing.3. Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and laws.*Deliverables:*1. Source and shortlist candidates within agreed timelines.2. Achieve client satisfaction ratings (minimum 90%).3. Meet or exceed placement targets.4. Maintain accurate records and reporting.
