    Front Office AssistantLocation:Nagpur Experience: 0 to 3 Years Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a pleasant and organized Front Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
    • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
    • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
    • Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail
    • Maintain front office cleanliness and organization
    • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
    • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
    • Support HR/Admin team in daily activities
    Required Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Presentable personality with a positive attitude
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
    • Relevant experience in front office/reception role is an advantage
