Job Description

    We Are Hiring HR ManagerIndustry Hiring for: Manufacturing / Steel / Engineering / Industrial Spares Location: NagpurImmediate Joinees Preferred !!CTC: 12 to 15 LPAExperience: 12 years Age Limit: Up to 52 YearsKey Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Strategy
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes
    • Drive HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements
    2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
    • Handle recruitment for plant and corporate roles (blue-collar & white-collar)
    • Workforce planning and manpower budgeting
    • Vendor management for contract staffing
    3. Industrial Relations (IR)
    • Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers and unions
    • Handle union negotiations, disputes, and disciplinary actions
    • Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations without disruptions
    4. Statutory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws such as:
      • Factories Act
      • PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity
      • Contract Labour Act
      • Minimum Wages Act
    • Coordinate with government authorities and auditors
    5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives for plant workforce
    • Implement welfare activities, safety programs, and grievance handling mechanisms
    • Promote a positive work culture
    6. Performance Management & Training
    • Implement performance appraisal systems
    • Identify training needs and organize L&D initiatives
    • Drive leadership development programs
    7. Payroll & Compensation
    • Oversee payroll processing and compensation structures
    • Ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, and statutory deductions
    Key Skills Required
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
    • Expertise in Industrial Relations (IR)
    • Experience in manufacturing / plant HR
    • Stakeholder and union management
    • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
    • HR analytics and reporting
    • Leadership and team management
