Job Description

    Role Overview:As a candidate with 3 to 4 years of experience in HR and compliance, your role will involve ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus. You will be responsible for coordinating with HR and Finance teams for salary inputs and deductions. Additionally, you will assist in the annual salary revision and bonus processing, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Bonus- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for salary inputs and deductions- Assist in annual salary revision and bonus processing with high accuracy and attention to detailQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity- Excellent communication and analytical skillsAdditional Details:Preferred qualifications for this position include experience in a mid to large-sized organization and working knowledge of HRMS systems.(Note: Omitted if not present in the JD)This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule based in Nagpur.,
