Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresHandle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws)Oversee performance appraisal and employee engagement activitiesResolve employee grievances and maintain disciplineMaintain HR records, MIS reports, and auditsSupport training and development initiativesRequirements:MBA/PGDM in HR or related field58 years of experience in HR operationsStrong knowledge of labor laws and complianceExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience in manufacturing industry preferred
