Job Description

    You will be working at Inputiv LLP, a company that specializes in providing cost-effective IT support for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the United States and Australia. Your role will involve hands-on experience with Windows OS, including both Client OS and Server OS. Additionally, you will need to have practical knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Azure Administration, and O365 Administration. A basic understanding of the OSI model, switching, internet routing technologies, network concepts, cloud, and virtualization tools is required. You should also possess knowledge of IT infrastructure and Security.As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to assess faults, prioritize tasks, respond to issues promptly, and escalate when necessary. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role. You will provide technical support for operational administration, Directory Services, servers, and TCP/IP networks. Ensuring timely comprehension, response, and resolution of issues, requests, and emails will be key aspects of your job. Proficiency in troubleshooting various problems is essential.To be eligible for this position, you should have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in any stream. The work routine consists of 5 days a week, with working hours from 8 pm IST to 5 am IST (Night Shift) from Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required based on the urgency of tickets that need your attention. The office environment is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure to support your daily tasks.Evaluation and review of your performance will be based on the number of tickets resolved and the quality of your resolutions. Incentives are provided based on the number of support hours dedicated to clients.
