Insurance Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Insurance Sales Executive to acquire new clients, manage relationships, and drive revenue by cross-selling a wide range of insurance products. The role requires strong communication skills, target orientation, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to individuals and corporates.Key Duties:
• Identify and acquire new clients for life, health, and general insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI and corporate clients.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions (individual, group, and investment-linked).
• Conduct product presentations and explain policy features, benefits, and terms.
• Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and KYC compliance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support and claims assistance to clients.
