Job Description

    As an International Chat Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for interacting with team members to conduct research, address inquiries, and resolve issues while performing back-office and administrative tasks. Your role will involve supporting the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring data accuracy, and conducting various tasks such as sending and validating documentation and verifying information in databases.You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by promptly providing answers and solutions to internal customers, thereby influencing whether their experience is merely average or truly outstanding. Your day-to-day activities will revolve around contributing to the completion of the customer experience, maintaining data accuracy, and carrying out tasks related to documentation and information verification.To excel in this role, you should possess at least 6 months of customer service experience, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Computer proficiency is essential for this position, as you will be working with various systems and databases.This full-time, permanent position based in India, specifically in Gujarat-Ahmedabad, offers a competitive salary based on experience level. Freshers can expect a salary of up to 29K CTC with housing bonus, incentives, night allowances, and more, while experienced individuals can receive up to 37K CTC with similar additional benefits.The working schedule includes 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off. You will be working in a rotational shift environment, with the possibility of US shifts and weekend availability.
