Job Description

    The role involves designing and managing storage solutions such as SAN, NAS, and DAS, along with server infrastructure. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining both physical and virtual servers. Monitoring and optimizing storage and server performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Developing and implementing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans is crucial to ensure business continuity. Utilizing Enterprise Management Systems for centralized infrastructure monitoring will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to execute system upgrades, migrations, and patches while ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards. Documenting infrastructure configurations and procedures is essential for maintaining operational efficiency. Planning for capacity to support business growth is also a critical aspect of this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address application and infrastructure requirements is a key part of the job.The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech / M.Tech degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in configuring enterprise-level solutions for at least 2 projects is required. Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages is essential for effective communication in a multilingual work environment.,
