Job Description

    As a Freelancer based in Nagpur, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers by reaching out to Jio Customers and educating them about Jios Recharges. You will assist customers in completing their Jio Recharges and promote new Jio connections to potential customers. It is crucial to resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a delightful customer experience by responding in an appropriate tone and language.Moreover, you will be required to capture customer details and relevant data during the call or service interaction. To excel in this role, you must familiarize yourself with Jios plans, products, and services to enhance the value proposition offered to customers. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th / 10 2 (Preferred) and preferably be a Fresher.Key skills and competencies that will be beneficial in this role include basic reading and writing skills, proficiency in smartphone usage, fluency in the local language, sales acumen, and excellent customer handling abilities.
