Position: Jio Point Lead
1. Expand channel presence within the designated territory.
2. Assess and enhance the performance of retail outlets in the area.
3. Achieve acquisition and revenue goals for both inbound and outbound activities.
4. Implement operations for all Jio Points at a Jio Centre.
5. Take responsibility for the performance of key outlets within the territory.
6. Ensure a top-notch customer experience at Jio Points.
7. Uphold hygiene and compliance standards at Jio Points.
8. Oversee and enhance team productivity.
9. Evaluate, train, and support team members and channel partners.
