• Complete IPD (Inpatient Department) and OT (Operation Theatre) tasks at the beginning of each day.
• Begin OPD (Outpatient Department) sessions.
• Provide consultation and counseling to all OPD patients.
• Perform IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) and sonography.
• Issue prescriptions and requisitions as needed.
• Conduct IPD rounds with the Assistant Doctor (RMO) and nursing staff, both in the morning and evening. Ensure:
  • Patient files are complete.
  • Daily orders from the Assistant Doctor are reviewed.
  • Patient monitoring charts are checked.
  • IPD and OT consents are obtained for newly admitted patients.
  • Advise necessary investigations and inform patients accordingly.
  • Address any patient complaints and take corrective action.
• Assist in or perform surgeries in the OT.
• Document OT notes accurately.
• Ensure software entries are made for post-op findings by nurses and Assistant Doctors.
• Decide on patient discharge and instruct RMO to prepare discharge papers.
• Verify all IPD paperwork and documentation are completed by the Assistant Doctor and nursing staff, following a checklist, and handover files to HR.
• Respond to all emergency situations and consult senior gynecologists for complications.
• Participate in camps and outreach OPDs.
• Monitor and oversee the performance of all clinical staff.
Job Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Education: MD (Ob/Gyn.), MS (Ob/Gyn.), DNB (Ob/Gyn.), MBBS.
• Languages: Proficiency in Marathi (mandatory), along with Hindi and English.
