With a strong presence in over 35 countries, including markets like Australia, New Zealand, India, the Middle East, and Latin America, Apex Knives is a global player in the industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Shop Manager at Apex Knives Pvt Ltd in Nagpur. The Machine Shop Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to production planning, production management, machining, quality management, and inspection to ensure smooth operations and product quality.RequirementsDemonstrated knowledge of machining and machine shop operationsStrong technical aptitude and understanding of related processesExperience with safety regulations and proceduresKnowledge of quality control and inspection standardsProficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) softwareCandidate should be familiar with VMC machine ProgrammingCandidate should be familiar with CNC machine ProgrammingCandidate should be familiar with Machine Fester and inspection J.D.O. designGD&T Dimension knowledgeCandidate should be familiar with Engineer DrawingSkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks efficientlyAbility to foster and maintain positive working relationshipsLeadership qualities and ability to guide and motivate staffDesired Skills and ExperienceCNC Operation, VMC machine programming, GD&T dimension, Machine operation, J.D.O. design, Troubleshooting, Machine Parts, Engineer drawingQualificationsProduction Planning and Production Management skillsMachining expertiseQuality Management and Inspection capabilitiesExperience in coordinating manufacturing processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of industry regulations and standardsBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldSend CVworksapex2@gmail.com
