Designation : Maintenance Engineer (Solar)Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Candidates from Maharashtra preferred)Budget: Up to 3.6 LPARole Overview : We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Solar Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of solar power systems through regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and associated systems- Ensure module cleaning to maximize energy generation- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and system-related issues (including SCADA/data logger)- Perform repairs and component replacements to restore system efficiency- Monitor plant performance and ensure maximum uptime and output- Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance and system performance- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times- Handle basic customer interactions and provide updates when required- Respond to system breakdowns and emergency situations promptly- Submit daily reports and updates to the reporting managerEligibility Criteria- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)- 6 months to 1 year of experience (solar industry preferred)- Basic knowledge of solar power systems- Proficiency in MS Excel- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Physically fit and open to travel (Pan-India)- Valid driving license (mandatory)Qualification: Diploma - Electrical; Diploma - Engineering; ITI - Electrician
