Job Description

    As a Manager Business Analyst (Marketing) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the business analysis function for the Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze sales performance and market insights to support data-driven marketing decisions. Your background in the pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous in this role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead business analysis efforts for the Marketing team, focusing on sales performance and market insights.- Take ownership of client sales team review calls to provide meaningful insights and actionable takeaways.- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data insights.- Manage and mentor a team of Senior Business Analysts and Analysts.- Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and market intelligence summaries.- Provide competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and ROI evaluation of campaigns.- Align strategies with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.- Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis and report generation.- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in current business processes and propose improvements.**Key Requirements:**- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Business Analytics preferred.- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Strong understanding of pharma sales and marketing processes.- Experience in handling client-facing review calls with senior stakeholders.- Proficiency in analytical tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.- Ability to lead and mentor a small team of analysts.In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the Marketing team and make a significant impact on our business.,
