The role requires field work and active engagement with contractors, builders, PWD, Railways, and Government tender authorities across India.Candidates must be comfortable traveling and managing on-ground client interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Knowledge
    • Basic understanding of civil engineering services/products
    • Knowledge of contractors, builders, PWD, Railways & Government tenders
    • Understanding client pain points such as soil issues, foundation challenges, and material quality concerns
    Marketing & Sales Skills
    • Lead generation and business development
    • Strong communication & presentation skills
    • Preparation of visit reports, meeting reports & structured follow-ups
    • WhatsApp/Email drafting & proposal submission
    • Basic CRM knowledge
    • Understanding of AIDA concept & sales funnel
    • Willingness to travel across India
    Behavioural Skills
    • Confident during client visits
    • Ability to explain technical products in simple language
    • Strong time management & follow-up discipline
    • Maintaining daily call reports and target sheets
