The MIS Execu,ve contributes to informed decision-making processes by providing accurate and insighDul reports and analysis.Key Responsibili,es: Sales Data Management:o Collect and compile sales data from various retail channels, including in-store and online transac,ons.o Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data by reconciling discrepancies. Sales Performance Analysis:o Analyze sales data to identify trends, best-selling products, and customer preferences.o Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance for different product categories and store loca,ons. Customer Insights:o Analyze customer data to iden,fy purchasing paKerns, demographics, and preferences.o Provide recommenda,ons based on customer insights to enhance the customer experience. Opera,onal Efficiency:o Collaborate with store managers and staff to iden,fy areas for opera,onal improvement.o Provide data-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Repor,ng and Visualiza,on:o Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Bi.o Present data and analysis to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
