The MISExecu,ve contributes to informed decision-making processes by providing accurate andinsighDul reports and analysis.Key Responsibili,es: Sales Data Management:o Collect and compile sales data from various retail channels, including in-store andonline transac,ons.o Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data by reconciling discrepancies. Sales Performance Analysis:o Analyze sales data to iden,fy trends, best-selling products, and customerpreferences.o Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance for different productcategories and store loca,ons. Customer Insights:o Analyze customer data to iden,fy purchasing paKerns, demographics, andpreferences.o Provide recommenda,ons based on customer insights to enhance the customerexperience. Opera,onal Efficiency:o Collaborate with store managers and staff to iden,fy areas for opera,onalimprovement.o Provide data-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Repor,ng and Visualiza,on:o Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports usingtools like Excel and Bi.o Present data and analysis to management and stakeholders in a clear and concisemanner. Data Integrity and Security:o Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all data collected and managed.o Implement measures to protect sensi,ve customer and business informa,on. Process Automa,on:o Iden,fy opportuni,es to automate rou,ne data collec,on and repor,ng processesto improve efficiency and accuracy. Cross-Func,onal Collabora,on:o Collaborate with sales, marke,ng, and finance teams to provide data support fortheir respec,ve func,ons.o Assist in genera,ng insights that drive strategic decisions across departments.
