Job Description

    Job SummaryThe Crescent Group, a prominent and reputed business house, engaged in Trading, Importing, Indenting, Marketing & Distribution of wide range of Chemicals, Solvents, Petrochemicals, Polymers & Medical Devices products.Responsibility
    • Preparing sales and marketing strategies for achieving the organizations business growth
    • Maintaining and growing existing as well as new business development, identifying new customers of Nylon 6 and other Engineering and Commodity Plastics.
    • Coordinate with Principals and Suppliers.
    • Conducting market intelligence study to know current trends, new technologies/products in pipeline, potential threat identification, and mitigation plan
    • Domestic & International Price Trends
    • Market Analysis & Competitor Analysis
    • Know-how in terms of maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
    • Collaborating with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and promote existing/ new products, and to provide sales support
    • Assist team with data, technical inputs, and visits wherever required
    • Reviewing operational records and reports of product wise sales and determine profitability
    • Monitor various intra-departmental support required within the team to meet client commitments
    • Ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports are submitted on time
    • Manage day to day Sales and marketing activities with smooth delivery & dispatch of goods.
    • Ensure Ontime payments and Statutory forms / compliance from customers.
    Key Skills:
    • Excellent English language command.
    • Well-versed with MS Office and presentation and reporting skills
    • Good understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
    • Should have good negotiation, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
    Candidate must be an aggressive Sales professional and with good verbal & written skills to interact with Principals.
