Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to play a key role in implementing and optimizing processes across our company to drive business growth. If you possess a results-driven mindset and strong organizational abilities, we are interested in meeting you.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and enforce company policies- Create staff schedules and manage disciplinary actions when necessary- Report directly to the Director of Operations- Supervise room attendants and cleaning staff to ensure high cleanliness standards- Establish and manage staff shift rotations- Oversee the hiring and training of new employees- Conduct stocktaking and order cleaning equipment, linen, and room suppliesThe Housekeeping Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, vendors, and housekeeping staff. This role involves managing day-to-day business functions, addressing service issues, optimizing labor efficiency, refining scheduling processes, and ensuring service delivery excellence.Salary Range: 30,000 to 50,000 per month based on skills and experience.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Day shiftLocation: Dhantoli, Nagpur - 440012, Maharashtra.
