This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effec;vely to drive sales and customersa;sfac;on through tailored affordability solu;ons.Key Responsibili%es: Affordability Partner Rela%onship Management:o Cul;vate and maintain strong partnerships with key financial ins;tu;ons, including Bajaj Finance, HDFC,and other relevant partners.o Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, promo;onal strategies, and ini;a;ves to drivesales and customer engagement.o Regularly engage with partners to review performance, discuss market trends, and iden;fy opportuni;esfor collabora;on. Sales and Revenue Growth:o Collaborate with the sales team to integrate affordability solu;ons seamlessly into the customer buyingjourney.o Develop and implement strategies to promote financing op;ons and increase sales conversion rates.o Monitor and analyze sales data to iden;fy trends and opportuni;es for improvement. Product Knowledge and Training:o Stay up-to-date with the latest financial products and services offered by partner ins;tu;ons.o Train and educate the sales team on the benefits and details of different financing op;ons available tocustomers.o Create and deliver presenta;ons to sales teams and partners to enhance product knowledge and saleseffec;veness. Marke%ng and Promo%on:o Collaborate with marke;ng teams to create targeted campaigns and promo;ons to promote affordabilitysolu;ons.o Develop marke;ng collateral, materials, and messaging to support the promo;on of financing op;ons.o Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for op;mal results. Nego%a%on and Contract Management:o Nego;ate favorable terms, pricing, and incen;ves with affordability partners to maximize value for bothpar;es.o Ensure compliance with contractual obliga;ons and terms, and manage any necessary updates oradjustments. Data Analysis and Repor%ng:o Collect and analyze data related to partner performance, sales, and customer feedback.o Prepare regular reports and presenta;ons, highligh;ng key performance metrics and insights. Cross-func%onal Collabora%on:o Collaborate closely with sales, marke;ng, finance, and opera;ons teams to align strategies and goals.o Provide insights and recommenda;ons to improve the overall customer experience and drive businessgrowth.
