Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Patient Experience Executive at Specialty Surgical Oncology (SSO), your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for patients and caregivers visiting the center. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each patients journey is seamless, compassionate, and well-supported throughout their consultation to discharge process.Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and provide counseling to every patient and their family members entering the center with a blend of warmth and professionalism- Assist patients through their outpatient department (OPD) visit, surgical counseling sessions, and discussions regarding cost estimates- Ensure the completion of necessary diagnostics, insurance paperwork, and adherence to discharge protocols- Show empathy and patience while dealing with relatives or caregivers, especially during wait times- Aid in converting outpatient department (OPD) consultations into inpatient department (IPD) bookings by offering reassurance and clear informationQualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality, healthcare, or guest relations industry- Proficiency in handling patient-facing interactions and engaging in emotional conversations- Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably the local language (Marathi/Gujarati)- Preference for female candidatesPlease note that there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.
