Role Overview:You are required to join Uplers as a Recruitment Specialist with 3-6 years of experience for a full-time remote position. Your main responsibilities will include IT Recruitment and Recruitment, with a shift timing of 10 am to 7 pm. Additionally, you must be flexible to travel to Ahmedabad every 2 or 3 months.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct IT hiring and recruitment processes- Utilize your experience in hiring for Product based Tech Startup clients- Demonstrate strong client communication skills with a strategic and problem-solving mindset- Maintain a proactive and high-accountability attitude throughout the recruitment process- Focus on hiring for the Bangalore market- Engage in client communication effectively- Join the team in less than 15 days and work remotelyQualifications Required:- 3-6 years of Recruitment Agency experience, preferably current- Strong experience in IT hiring and hiring for Product based Tech Startup clients- Excellent client communication skills with a strategic and problem-solving mindset- Proactive and high-accountability attitude- Prior experience in hiring for the Bangalore market- Ability to work remotely and travel to Ahmedabad every 2 or 3 monthsAbout Uplers:Uplers goal is to simplify and expedite the hiring process, providing support to talents in finding and applying for relevant contractual onsite opportunities to advance in their careers.
