Job Description

    As a PEGA Developer, you will be required to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in PEGA. It is essential for you to be CLSA Part 2/3 Certified and possess strong verbal communication and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities:- Worked as an LSA in 2-3 projects from inception.- Experience in Pega 8.X/7.X version with CS Framework.- Leverage any Pegasystems strategic application while designing enterprise solutions.- Successfully oversee end-to-end delivery of Pega based solutions/projects from a technical perspective.- Proficient in Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and various integration capabilities within Pega.- Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards such as solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, and capital plans.- Communicate solution options effectively to business owners/stakeholders through architecture reviews.- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to motivate, mentor, and lead other team members.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 7 years of PEGA experience.- CLSA Part 2/3 Certification.- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.- Previous experience as an LSA in 2-3 projects.- Proficiency in Pega 8.X/7.X version with CS Framework.- Ability to leverage Pegasystems strategic applications.- Experience in end-to-end delivery of Pega based solutions/projects.- Expertise in Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and integration capabilities within Pega.- Familiarity with enterprise technology standards and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.Location:This position is available in Nagpur, Pune, and Singapore.
