The company values transparency, tailored creative funnels, and measurable results, aiming to build long-term collaborations based on trust.Role Description The Performance Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across channels such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with campaign setup, monitoring key performance metrics, preparing performance reports, and conducting basic data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to test creatives, refine targeting, and contribute to performance testing initiatives. This is an internship role, based on-site at the BLAKNBLU DIGITAL office in Nagpur, offering hands-on learning and mentorship in performance marketing.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret campaign performance and draw actionable insights.Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.Candidates should possess Performance Management and Performance Testing skills to support optimization of campaigns and testing of new strategies.Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially paid advertising on Meta Ads and Google Ads, is beneficial.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, is an advantage.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.Ability to learn quickly, work in an on-site team environment in Nagpur, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
