Job Description

    Focus: HNI Acquisition, Portfolio Management, Direct SellingRole OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Premium Acquisition Manager to drive our growth in the High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) segment. You will focus on direct selling, networking, and cold-to-warm conversions to acquire affluent clients and onboard their investment portfolios.Key Responsibilities
    • CASA Accounts and NRI Accounts.
    • HNI Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition through direct selling, cold outreach, and reference networks.
    • Portfolio Evaluation: Analyze prospective clients current assets and pitch tailored investment solutions (CASA Accounts)
    • End-to-End Onboarding: Own the entire sales lifecycle, from the initial pitch to seamless account opening and asset allocation.
    • Relationship Building: Deliver a premium onboarding experience, building immediate trust and positioning yourself as a credible financial advisor.
    Requirements
    • Experience: 1-2 yrs in HNI sales, direct selling, CASA, or wealth/portfolio management.
    • Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and investment strategies.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and the polish required to pitch comfortably to C-suite executives and business owners.
    • Drive: Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals.
