Job Description

    • PRINCIPAL JOB DESCRIPTION
    MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A IGCSE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
    • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school, ensuring alignment with the mission and values of the institution.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and administrative functions.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and holistic development among students.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality faculty and staff, providing mentorship and support as needed.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and the broader community, to build strong relationships and partnerships.
    • Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards, as well as adherence to school policies and procedures.
    • Manage the school budget effectively, allocating resources to support educational initiatives and maintain financial sustainability.
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed about school activities, achievements, and challenges.
    • Stay abreast of developments in education, including curriculum changes, pedagogical innovations, and best practices, and incorporate them into the schools programs and policies.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a school setting.
    • Total of 20 years of experience in the education sector.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Excellent team management, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and relationship management abilities.
    • Experience working in an IGCSE school is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning processes.
    • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
