Job Description

    You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web, mobile, and API-based applications through systematic manual testing processes. Your role will involve:- Reviewing and analyzing business and technical requirements to identify test conditions- Developing, reviewing, and executing detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases- Performing various types of testing including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and System Testing- Conducting API Testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger- Executing Web Application Testing for UI, usability, and cross-browser compatibility validation- Performing Mobile Application Testing across Android and iOS platforms- Identifying, logging, and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps)- Participating actively in Test Planning, Test Estimation, and Test Review meetings- Working collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure issues are clearly communicated and resolved- Maintaining traceability between test cases and requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage- Documenting and communicating testing progress, defect metrics, and test summary reports to stakeholdersThe company, Delaplex, believes in true organizational distinction through exceptional products and services. Guided by core values, Delaplex doesnt just deliver solutions, they create meaningful impact.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- 2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing- Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)- Strong knowledge of test case creation, execution, and defect lifecycle- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience testing across multiple browsers and mobile devices is a plusPreferred skills that are nice to have for this role include:- Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies- Basic understanding of databases and SQL,
