Job Description

    Education:Graduate/ Undergraduate (Any stream)Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst preferably from Customer SupportRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Providing Necessary insight To areas of improvement in Quality control
    • Calibrating the evaluation process as per client expectations
    • Sending Job Receipt Mails To Client As Required
    • Report Progress At A Team Level - Keep AM And PM Updated
    • Responsible For Ensuring relevant Documentation Is Up To Date
    • Providing one-on-one Feedback On Quality
    • Analyzing Team Performance And Identifying Training Needs
    • Providing Process Refresher Training Inputs As Required
    • Responsible For Ensuring Quality Compliance Of Team
    • Accountable for Improvement of Champions Assigned
    • Appreciations, R & R Nominations - Providing Inputs To PM
    • Adhering To Process, Rules And Regulations
    • Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards Etc. On Process
    • Adhering to Work Timings, Leave Schedules
    Required skill set:
    • Sound knowledge of 7 QC tools
    • Should have good knowledge of Root cause Analysis (RCA)
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Should have worked in international voice/Blended process
