Job Description

    As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration. You will also participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Identify and report bugs and errors to ensure quality deliverables. Implement automated testing processes to streamline testing efforts. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills:- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA and Test Automation roles, with strong exposure to quality assurance practices beyond just execution- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.- Experience with SQL queries and database testing.- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter.- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and test development.- Hands-on experience in ETL testing, including data validation and transformation logic.- Solid background in Test Automation, preferably using the Robot Framework.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and proactively collaborate across teams.- Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to quality assurance beyond standard testing procedures.- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.,
