    R&D Manager Specialty Chemicals & MineralsLocation: Nagpur, MaharashtraEmployer: Leading Chemical Manufacturing FirmIndustry Focus: Minerals & Manganese (MnO2)The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated R&D Manager to spearhead new product development initiatives. This role is designed for a technical expert capable of researching, developing, and optimizing chemical products from lab-scale experiments to commercial reality. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex chemical research and market-ready industrial applications.Key Responsibilities
    • Project Leadership: Lead R&D projects focused on specialty chemicals and manganese-based compounds.
    • Experimentation & Scaling: Design and execute laboratory experiments and pilot-scale trials for new formulations and processes.
    • Feasibility & Innovation: Conduct literature reviews and feasibility studies to identify potential product opportunities and improve performance/cost-effectiveness.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality Control, and Marketing teams to ensure successful commercialization of new products.
    • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation of research findings and ensure all processes meet industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
    • Technology Scouting: Identify and evaluate new technologies and raw materials relevant to the companys evolving product portfolio.
    Candidate Profile
    • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in research-based projects within chemical manufacturing.
    • Domain Knowledge: Specific exposure to Minerals and Manganese is highly preferred.
    • Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry. (A Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is a significant plus).
    • Technical Skills: Strong conceptual knowledge of chemical engineering principles and the ability to translate research into viable commercial products.
    • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
    Compensation & Benefits
    • Monthly Gross (CTC): 45,000 60,000 per month.
