Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for identifying the training needs of field colleagues in your states/zone by coordinating with NSM/SM/DH/Mrktg. You will design, develop, and deploy training modules as per identified needs. Conduct 1-2 days of face-to-face classroom training based on TNI for identified FMRs. Plan on-the-job training before 15 days of the month in coordination with SM/NSM with identified FMRs/ASMs. Evaluate post-training effectiveness by working with the participants and pre-decided metrics. Provide on-the-job coaching by observing how the FMR is implementing the learnings inside the Doctors chamber and guide/train them to do better in fieldwork wherever required. The training manager will work with both FMR and ASM on the 2nd day of working and share feedback with ASM from field working for ASM to work on FMR further.
