    Job Title: Regional Training Manager (RTM) Banca ChannelChannel: Banca Channel Bank of Maharashtra Location: Nagpur (Vidarbha) Employment Type: Full-time | On-roll Opportunity Interview Mode: Virtual Maximum CTC: Up to 10 LPAAbout the Role We are hiring a Regional Training Manager (RTM) for a leading Life Insurance company at the Nagpur location. This is a travelling role across the Vidarbha region where you will conduct training programs, enhance sales productivity, and build the capabilities of bank channel partners (Bank of Maharashtra).Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct training programs for the Banca channel partners (Bank of Maharashtra) across the Vidarbha region.
    • Drive learning & development initiatives to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance adherence.
    • Support branch teams in achieving business targets through effective training interventions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design impactful modules.
    • Ensure continuous capability building of sales teams to enhance productivity.
    • Regularly travel within the Vidarbha region to deliver classroom & on-the-job training.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
    • At least 1-2 years of training experience (Life Insurance domain is mandatory).
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products & sales processes.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the Vidarbha region.
