Job Description

Education:• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 2 3)• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Fin or similarMust Have Skills:• Record to Report• Fixed Assets• General Ledger• Intercompany• Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review• Researching/reconciling of GL/Bank accounts• Deep understanding of Month-end close and Journal entries• Exposure in Intercompany/intracompany billing including revenue recognitionGood-to-Have Skills:• Reconciliations• Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliation• Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client• Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assetsResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role:• Should be able to perform Customer account / statement reconciliation• Review timely inputting or matching, accuracy, completeness and reconciliation• Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions
