Job Description

    Designation-Relationship ManagerProduct-Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General InsuranceCTC-4 LPALocation-Sangamner , Sangli ,Ahmednagar ,Jalna ,Shirur ,Satara ,Solapur ,Pandharpur ,Manchar ,LaturKey Responsibilities:
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, business objectives, and challenges.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
      • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Business Development & Retention:
      • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services that add value to the clients business.
      • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
      • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and work to prevent client churn through tailored solutions and relationship-building.
    • Client Strategy & Consultation:
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic advice to help them achieve success.
      • Analyze client data and feedback to anticipate future needs, offer personalized solutions, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
      • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, ensuring they are set up for success and are effectively integrated into our systems and processes.
    • Collaboration & Teamwork:
      • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
      • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues and communicate client expectations.
    • Reporting & Documentation:
      • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and activities in the CRM system.
      • Prepare regular reports on client health, retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities for management.
