• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to drive referrals and support.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads generated through the banca channel.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and other operational activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
