    Relationship Manager Client Advisory & Portfolio ManagementJob SummaryThe Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with HNI and affluent clients by delivering customized investment advisory solutions. The role focuses on portfolio management, client servicing, and business growth through deep understanding of client needs and effective product penetration across wealth offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Portfolio Management
    • Provide research-driven investment advice across Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Equities, Structured Products, and other wealth management solutions.
    • Understand clients financial goals, risk profiles, and investment horizons to design suitable portfolio strategies.
    • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely recommendations aligned with market conditions.
    Client Relationship Management
    • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with HNI and affluent clients.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by offering prompt, accurate, and client-centric solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
    • Business Growth & Product Penetration
      • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling of appropriate financial products.
      • Achieve assigned AUM, revenue, and acquisition targets.
      • Identify new business opportunities through referrals and market networking.
      Market & Product Expertise
      • Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio advisory concepts.
      • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide informed advice.
      Key Skills & Competencies
      • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management solutions.
      • Proven track record of managing HNI/affluent client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
      • High level of integrity with a strong client-first mindset.
      • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
      • Qualifications & Experience
        • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Management, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred).
        • Relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory roles.
