Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives, support staff, andcashiers to ensure high performance and a positive work environment. Set clear goals, provide regularfeedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Sales & Customer Experience: Drive the stores sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies,monitoring performance, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the premium Apple experience.Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Store Operations: Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cashmanagement, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, order new inventory, and ensure that all Apple products andaccessories are well-stocked and accurately displayed. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing team to align store activities with broader brandcampaigns. Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives with the team to drive foottraffic and sales. Financial Management: Manage the stores budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability.Prepare regular financial reports for identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Training & Development: Ensure that all staff are adequately trained on Apple products, services, and salestechniques. Facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on new products and technologies. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that the store complies with all company policies, Apple standards, and localregulations. Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers. Reporting: Provide regular updates to seniors on store performance, customer feedback, staff issues, and anyother relevant matters. Use data and insights to continuously improve store operations.
