Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales of Industrial Lubricants. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial products, preferably a Mechanical Engineering degree, and be willing to travel to engage with clients, conduct site visits, and grow our market presence.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients to promote and sell Exxon Mobil products. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads with potential customers in engineering, mining, and cement industries. Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer requirements. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain and update CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.Requirements: Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3 years in industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, oils, or related products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
