Job Description

    As a Sales Engineer for Industrial Lubricants, your role will be crucial in driving sales and expanding market presence. Your responsibilities will include:- Developing and maintaining relationships with industrial clients to promote and sell Exxon Mobil products.- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads in engineering, mining, and cement industries.- Providing technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer requirements.- Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.- Achieving sales targets to contribute to business growth.- Maintaining and updating CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.- Collaborating with internal teams for order processing and customer support.Qualifications required for this role include:- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.To be successful in this role, you should have:- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, oils, or related products.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.This full-time position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, with field travel as necessary.
