Job Description

    As a Sales Manager in the PEB segment, your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, analyzing trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to expand the companys footprint. Your key responsibilities will include actively seeking new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits. You will be tasked with building and managing a pipeline of potential projects and clients, preparing tailored presentations, and proposals to meet client needs.Client relationship management will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving the establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements to maximize profits.In project coordination, you will collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate translation of client requirements into project deliverables. Effective communication between clients and internal teams will be essential for the smooth execution of projects.Your responsibilities will also include tracking sales activities, providing regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators, preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and project updates. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing and technical teams will be necessary to develop effective promotional materials and ensure technically viable solutions that meet customer requirements.To excel in this role, you should stay updated with the latest developments in the PEB industry, including new products, technologies, and market trends. Additionally, mentoring and coaching junior sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge will be part of your responsibilities.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development. The work location is in person, and your role will involve a dynamic and challenging environment in the PEB sector.,
