Job Description

    The JSO grows, aggressively and profitably, the consumer business in General Trade for a designated territory/Territory in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Team management and Distributor Management. He/she leads inspiringly a sales organization with SR/SSR/TSO/JSO and Distributors. He/she ensures an efficient team and effective Sales organization. He/she acts as a role model for the sales organization in promoting and living the guiding principles of the FHP Mission Statement in the daily business. He/she ensures the accomplishment of sales objectives and the delivery of business results. He/she provides adequate updates to the sales organization including quality and quantity of team members, necessary information of market activities & fulfils his responsibilities with complete integrity.1. Achieve the monthly/annual targets of Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, SB, Receivables, and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures2. Sales targets allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets into Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily and within the SS GD Retailers under his purview.3. Responsible for SFA implementation in team working and ensuring 100% compliance.4. Responsible for channel partner management.5. Responsible for Top ARC management
