Job Description

    You are a skilled and experienced Program Manager with a background in consulting organizations, particularly on GTM Strategy, process optimization, and project management. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex programs. This requires coordinating multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and providing leadership throughout the program lifecycle. To excel in this role, you must be a strategic thinker, possess process engineering thinking, and have excellent communication skills to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment effectively.You will collaborate with leadership to design and implement the channel sales structure, develop and document SOPs, workflows, and operational processes for partner management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing timelines, communication, and execution of projects across sales, marketing, and product teams. Your role will involve assisting in designing the partner onboarding journey, managing partner performance across funnel and performance tracking systems, project tracking, milestone setting, and regular status reporting to stakeholders. Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives will also be crucial. Furthermore, you will support internal enablement initiatives by creating templates, dashboards, and process documentation.As an ideal candidate, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in program management, operations, consulting, or project coordination roles. A generalist mindset with exposure to diverse functions or industries is preferred. Experience in fast-paced environments or startups where wearing multiple hats was necessary is highly valued. Your demonstrated ability to build or scale processes from scratch, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is a must.,
