It is imperative to maintain the companys call average and ensure adequate coverage of ophthalmology practices in the assigned region.Your responsibilities will include overseeing the assigned territory, establishing consistent interactions with ophthalmologists and opticians, and achieving revenue goals in accordance with the teams strategic direction. Collaboration with sales teams across different locations to drive revenue growth in the Hospital Retail Channel will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct customer and market development initiatives in coordination with line managers.Key result areas for this position involve managing and updating a client base comprising consultant ophthalmologists, institutions, and hospitals to enhance business prospects. Engaging in product discussions with ophthalmologists, conducting consumer education sessions, retail audits, and monitoring distributor activities are crucial tasks. Implementation of the companys marketing strategies to meet sales targets and product volume budgets will be a primary focus. Adherence to reporting procedures, work schedules, and budgets is essential to optimize sales outcomes and streamline sales processes effectively.Ideal candidates should hold a graduate degree in science, pharmacy, or optometry along with a proven track record.
