Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Sales Executive at ZEISS in India, you will be responsible for the designated region to meet ophthalmologists regularly and achieve revenue objectives aligned with team/organizational goals. Your main focus will be on engaging with sales teams from different locations to drive revenues in the Hospital Retail Channel. Additionally, you will collaborate with line managers to carry out customer/market development efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for the assigned territory, conducting regular meetings with ophthalmologists and opticians to achieve revenue targets as per team objectives.- Collaborate with sales teams from various locations to generate revenues in the Hospital Retail Channel.- Maintain and update a client base of consultant ophthalmologists, institutions, and hospitals, while continuously reviewing and enhancing the business.- Conduct product discussions with ophthalmologists, provide consumer education, perform retail audits, and monitor distributor activities.- Implement the companys marketing strategies regularly to meet sales targets and product volume budgets.- Ensure compliance with reporting procedures, work schedules, and budgets to maximize sales and establish efficient sales processes.Qualifications Required:- Graduation in science, pharmacy, or optometry with a strong track record is a must.- A minimum of 2-8 years of successful sales experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Industry is required, with preference given to those with experience in the Optical/Ophthalmology industry.Company Details:ZEISS in India, headquartered in Bengaluru, operates in various sectors such as Industrial Quality Solutions, Research Microscopy Solutions, Medical Technology, Vision Care, and Sports & Cine Optics.
