Job Description

    JD - School PrincipalThe Candidate should have at-least 8-10 years of experience as a Principal.A strong desire to redefine team building standards and build tomorrow's leaders. Strongcommunication skills.1. Providing timely feedback to the coordinators/ HOD/Vice Principal in terms of scope ofimprovement.2. Develop and execute effective branding and marketing strategies to meet admissiontargets and enhance the institution's visibility and reputation.3. Preparing strategic planning && presenting MIS to management.4. Responsible for supervision and general discipline ofschool.5. Monitor and assess academic performance and outcomes, and develop action plans forcontinuous improvement.6. Ensure a safe and clean learning environment by regularly inspecting facilities,equipment and materials.7. Coordinate parent communication and involvement initiatives, including parent-teacherconferences, workshops and events.8. Monitor the administrative department and ensure compliance with all activitiesmandated by the board or management.9. Perform such other duties and confirm to such instruction relating to the education asrequired of or any statutory body or issued by the state government, director, deputydirector or education officer, as the case may be.Skills && Qualifications:- Strong desire and proven ability to redefine team building standards and cultivate futureleaders.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.- Demonstrated ability to maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.- Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders including parents, staff, and management.- Master's degree with B.ed
